For Customers with Multi-Number Accounts

 

I have 2 numbers sharing an account, will they be transferred with me?

Your number will be transferred separately. And you can use the “Join” service to combine all your other numbers in one account again when the transfer is complete for other numbers and receive SMS confirmation.

Will all customers be transferred at once?
I have credit in my main account, will it be transferred to me or to other numbers?
I have PAYGO credit, will it be transferred to me or other numbers?
