1. Visit Jawwy eShop to get your eSIM voucher.
2. Make sure your eSIM compatible device is updated to the latest iOS.
3. Ensure you are connected to the internet through mobile data or Wifi.
4. Go to “Settings”, and tap “Cellular”.
5. After that tap “Add Cellular Plan” then scan the QR code from your eSIM voucher.
6. Label your eSIM as a primary or secondary line as your preference, and confirm by tapping “Add Cellular Plan”.

The eSIM QR code and voucher can only be used/downloaded unlimited times on the same device. The QR
code and voucher cannot be re-used on any other devices once they have been used on a particular device.
If you wish to switch your eSIM compatible device to a new device, you need to remove your eSIM profile from
the existing device first, and then get a replacement eSIM to add it to the new device.
If you lose your device or it is stolen and the eSIM profile is loaded on it, please ensure to contact Jawwy
immediately to block your number. After that, you will need to get a replacement eSIM.
Jawwy will not be responsible or liable for any such use. You will be able to reactivate your SIM on the same or
a new device only after obtaining a new QR code from Jawwy.

You can have multiple eSIM profiles in a device. However, only one eSIM profile will be active.
When the eSIM is activated on a specific device, it cannot then be used on any other device. If you change
device, you will need to get a new voucher with a new QR code.
The QR Code might be used in case you have factory reset your device (or) the QR Code have got deleted.

One number at a time can use cellular data. To change which number uses cellular data, follow these steps:
Go to Settings.
1. Tap either Cellular or Mobile Data.
2. Tap Cellular Data. Tap the number you want to use cellular data.
3. If you turn on Allow Cellular Data Switching, then while you're on a voice call on your voice-only number, that number automatically switches to use voice and data.* This lets you use both voice and data while on the call.
If you turn off Allow Cellular Data Switching and you're active on a voice number that isn't your designated cellular-data number, then cellular data won't work while you're on the call.
To turn on Allow Cellular Data Switching, follow these steps:
1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap either Cellular or Mobile Data.
3. Tap Cellular Data.
4. Turn on Allow Cellular Data Switching.
